Volunteer roles

01

Section Managers (4 Positions)

Evidence, Curation, and Truth.

As a Section Manager, you own one of our four core pillars: Breathing & Sleep, Focus & Behaviour, Dental Space, or ENT Health.

  • Curate the Repository: Review evidence and links submitted by the public.
  • Translate the Science: Take complex studies and help our writers turn them into 'The Impact' for the general public.
  • Protect the Vision: Ensure your section stays focused on the 'Right Questions' about facial development.

Time: ~2–3 hours per week.

Good fit: People who love research, health advocates, or those with a background in science/education.

02

Headhunters & Recruiters (2 Positions)

People, Networking, and Culture.

As a Recruiter, you are the gatekeeper of our culture. You ensure that as we grow, we stay a "for the people, by the people" movement.

  • Find the Tribe: Proactively reach out to parents, scientists, and advocates who are already asking these questions online.
  • Onboard New Talent: Conduct short 'discovery' interviews with people who apply to help us.
  • Vet for Values: Ensure our volunteers understand that we are an advocacy group, not a medical clinic.

Time: ~2–3 hours per week.

Good fit: Natural 'people people,' HR professionals, or those with strong networking skills.
